Introduce for the Purifier :
This purifier uses the combined effection of ailflow and screening to refine the endosperm particles and narrow the size of the particles.
This machine has an important role in processing of low ash powder and it is one of the three corn processing machinery .
This corn processing purifier consists of frame, feeding mechanism,screen,the suction part ,vibration picking tank and transmission system.
Types of the purifier :
According to the layer number, it has single screen surface purifier , double screen surface and three layer screen surface.
As to the transmission form, there are Eccentric drive powder machine and vibration motor drive machine.
Based on the number of different equipment within the machine, It is divided into a single sieve with a single powder and two sieve body of the compound Purifier machine and the latter is more popular used at home and abroad than the former.
